A man charged with barreling his pickup truck into a San Jose bar, killing a woman and seriously injuring two other people, was having oral sex at the time, according to court documents. Alex Moreno, 32, of San Jose was charged Wednesday with gross vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence causing injury in the crash Friday night. The truck backed up and was going as fast as 45 mph through the parking lot when it rammed through outdoor tables and hit a group of three people, pinning them against the side of the restaurant, authorities said. Diana Prieto-Chacon, 35, died at a hospital.

San Jose Restaurant Crash Blamed On Cocaine, Blowjob
SAN JOSE — A man in an alcohol-and-cocaine bender was receiving oral sex moments before he backed his construction-grade pickup truck into an unsuspecting group of people sitting outside the San Jose bar he had just gotten kicked out of, according to newly released court documents. That account was assembled from more than a dozen statements from witnesses as well as security guards and employees at Agave Sports Bar and Grill on West Alma Avenue, in the wake of the Friday night crash that killed a woman and seriously injured two men. Alex Corpus Moreno, 32, of San Jose, was formally charged Wednesday with gross vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence causing injury. The woman who died, year-old Diana Prieto-Chacon, was a Colombian citizen who had been in the United States for a brief period and had a young daughter back home, according to court documents and a message her mother posted on Facebook. In a police report accompanying the criminal complaint, Moreno was asked to leave the bar after showing signs of heavy intoxication and reportedly being seen using cocaine out in the open. Bar employees and security guards told police that Moreno and his companion, a year-old woman, agreed to leave and walked to the parking lot east of the restaurant and got into his white Chevrolet Silverado truck owned by his employer, Benicia-based Quality Erectors and Construction, Inc. Multiple witnesses stated that Moreno and the woman were in the truck for about half an hour.
