Debbie, who was married to the magician for 28 years before his death in , has been branded "jumped-up" and a "false witch" by her stepson. In a recent interview, Debbie, 62, revealed the family's plan to reunite to scatter Paul Snr's ashes to mark the fifth anniversary of his death and the former ballerina insisted: "Paul Jnr will be invited and everything is fine between us now. Paul Snr died of a brain tumour in at the age of 77, and Paul Jnr lashed out at Debbie seven months later. He accused her of leaving him homeless after she sold the magic shop in Wigan she inherited from her husband. The Sun revealed at the time that Paul had been left furious that he didn't receive a penny of his dad's estate.

The late magician left the bulk of his estate to Debbie in his will and Paul Jr, one of three sons from his first marriage, claimed back in that she was a "false witch" who had gone back on a promise to "look after him". In February, Debbie said she was planning to scatter Paul's ashes near her Berkshire home along with her late husband's sons and that "everything is good" between them now. After the original photos attracted some unfavourable comments her husband Paul Daniels jumped to her defence - saying she was better looking than Madonna. Showing her form: Debbie McGee appears to be doing some form of exercise in this holiday photo taken by Daniels. Unfortunately he chose to illustrate his point with a photo of her bending over in a bathing suit, her bottom in the air, and another very intimate shot of her cleavage. He complained that the photo published in the media this week, taken on a beach in the Caribbean, was from an unflattering angle.
